Should the need arise to cancel an order after you’ve placed it, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please get in touch via phone or email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our studio we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, Please review the returns policy.
GIFT Voucher/ Coupon Codes
Occasionally, you might come across a coupon code to use on our website to receive a specific offer with your online order. Each code can only be used once per customer, and the offer connected with the code is not available with any other offer (2 codes cannot be applied to the same order). All coupon codes have expiry dates that need to be adhered too without exception.
All Gift Voucher/Coupon Codes must be applied in the Checkout stage, not in the Shopping Cart. The discount or offer will be reflected in the order subtotal once the code has been applied correctly. If your order total has not changed (in the case of a discount), or you cannot see that the offer has been applied, then the code has not been accepted or applied correctly. If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com before your order is complete so we can help you with this issue. We will not provide refunds later for a discounted amount or offer if the coupon code is not applied to the order correctly.
Placing an Order
To place an order, you should select the required item(s) and add to your basket by clicking on the ”Add to Cart” button. You can review the selected item(s) at any time by clicking on the ”Shopping Cart” link. Once you have completed your shopping, please click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ link. You must confirm your delivery address to access the purchase order, which contains a summary of the information related to the item(s) ordered, quantity, price, total and your other details along with the delivery address. It is your responsibility to notify us if any of the information is incorrect. Each order constitutes a separate transaction and we are not able to consolidate separate transactions into a single order or delivery. If you would like to order multiple items for delivery at the same time, you must ensure that all of these appear on the same order before you confirm your order. Your placing of an order is an offer by you to purchase an item and is subject to acceptance by us.
Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the item(s) is/are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in a country to which we are currently able to sell and deliver and your credit or debit card is authorised for the transaction. In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be informed as soon as practically possible. The order relating to the unavailable item will be cancelled and a full refund will be made including any delivery charges. Where your order is for multiple items, the rest of the order will remain valid. If you have made a mistake when placing your order you must contact us at the earliest possible time by email to
firstname.lastname@example.org confirm the details of the error or errors and will endeavour to make any amendments requested prior to shipment of your order. If the delivery address provided to us by you is inaccurate or incomplete at the point of dispatch, a refund will be issued upon our confirmed receipt of the consignment from the shipping provider. •
Pricing and Payment
All items are priced in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of: (i) Shipping charges which will be indicated to you during the ordering process and (ii) any customs and import charges applicable to your delivery address. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but any change in price will be communicated to you prior to delivery of the items. Once you have reviewed your order and provided the required personal details, you will be required to click on ‘Checkout’ to pay by card or through Paypal. In the event that payment cannot be made the order will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled. If you have already received any items, you must return those items to us in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you fail to do so within 7 days of our cancelling your order, we may arrange for collection of the items at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to (or other adverse interference with) any items that are the subject of an order that we cancel in accordance with this section. •
All measurements are approximate. Sizes are given for the height, width, and depth. The measurement units used are in centimetres (cm).
Acceptance of your Order
Your offer to purchase an item is accepted by us and a contract of sale between us is formed only on the later of (a) the receipt by us of cleared funds from you in full payment for the item(s) (including any applicable taxes and delivery costs); and (b) our written confirmation of your order (whether by a dispatch confirmation email or otherwise). Once the payment has been accepted, the order cannot be amended. We will confirm receipt of your order to the email address you provide at the time of registration. It is recommended that you retain the email or print out the confirmation of the order.
Delivery, risk and ownership
All items will be delivered to the address specified in your order. All orders are shipped via An Post or reputable national courier companies. All our items are shipped from our studio in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow Ireland. All risk in the items you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the items) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. You will only own the items once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the items. Please do not accept a damaged package.
Failed or Disputed Delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will be notified to contact the delivery company directly in order to arrange collection re-delivery at a convenient time. If the shipping/courier company/service is unable to deliver to you the parcel may be returned to the courier service’s sorting office or the courier’s warehouse and you will be contacted. If the courier company then returns the items to us, we will refund you for the value of the items ordered but not for the delivery charge. If you wish to dispute a confirmed delivery, you must contact us by email at email@example.com no later than the 14th day following the date of our dispatch confirmation email to you, counting the date of our confirmation email as the first day. Confirmed deliveries disputed later than the dispute window will not qualify for a refund. If more than 30 days following our dispatch confirmation email delivery has not been confirmed by our shipping provider you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a re-shipment or refund, which we will honour at the earliest possible time but no later than 7 days from receipt of your email.
I do my utmost to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition however in the event of a piece being broken or damaged. Please notify me within 4 days, so that it may be reported to the courier. Please photograph the damage and email it to me. Work that is broken in transit will be replaced immediately, at no cost to the customer. In the event of custom-made pieces, a full refund will be given. Please do not accept a damaged package.
Incorrectly delivered items
We take care when dispatching orders but we recommend that when you receive your order, you carefully check the item(s) received. Any incorrectly delivered item, must be notified to us by email. You must return any incorrectly delivered to us as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the item. We will provide a full refund including delivery costs, where requested by you, we can send a replacement item subject to availability.
Returns & Exchanges
Kelly Hood Art Studio has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you’re not satisfied with any product(s) you purchased from our website, we’ll happily organise a refund or exchange.
If you’d like to make a refund or exchange request, please email at email@example.com your order number (which can be found in you order confirmation email), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
One of our friendly Customer Service team members will reach out to you as soon as possible to arrange to have the product(s) returned to us. When returning products, please keep your proof of return (your tracking number) in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel and return your order to us within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, for a full refund. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day after you take delivery of your order. You will not have a right to cancel and return your order for any goods that have been made to your specifications or are personalised. To exercise your right to return a product received from us, you must return the product to us within the cancellation period specified by us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery with not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return delivery costs. We do not accept returns of custom made/ bespoke orders. We do not refund items that are lost in transit, and strongly recommend the use of a tracked delivery service. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods, except where explicitly advertised otherwise.
All information provided to Kelly Hood Art Studio is kept confidential and used simply for the processing of your orders. No emails or personal information is provided to any third party.
For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details.
They are sent directly to our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.
Please check that the ‘padlock’ icon in your browser is active when you checkout. This indicates an encrypted connection which means that third parties cannot intercept your personal data in transit.
Tracking and Delivery
All orders have parcel tracking and you’ll receive a text or email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves the studio. If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into it straight away.
